Change of Mind Refund/Returns
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
Return within 30 days
Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

If the item of your choice is not available, we can give you store credit redeemable for the next 6 months.
Kindly send your previously made purchase back to us within 7 days so we can ship the product you have chosen for exchange. The Same shipping terms apply.

How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to one week from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.
Can I return my items to a store?
Online purchases may be returned to any Mantou store.
Can I return my store purchase through the mail?
Yes. Returns can be processed by mail for items purchased in our retail stores within 14 days of original purchase.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
